Welcome to DJ Renna Entertainment! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of DJ Renna Entertainment’s services. By booking our services, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
To secure a booking with DJ Renna Entertainment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 7 days before the event. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
DJ Renna Entertainment requires a safe and suitable space for setting up equipment, including access to power outlets. The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue meets these requirements. Any delays or issues caused by inadequate facilities may result in additional charges.
DJ Renna Entertainment is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of our equipment or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The client is responsible for any damage to our equipment caused by guests or venue staff.
We work closely with clients to create a playlist that suits their preferences and the event’s atmosphere. However, we reserve the right to make adjustments to the playlist as needed to ensure the best possible experience for all guests.
DJ Renna Entertainment respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
DJ Renna Entertainment reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing and will take effect immediately upon posting.
